Revision in the rates of Conveyance Allowance Challenged in SC

There are rumors that the Increment in Conveyance Allowance 2012 has been challenged in Supreme Court by someone on the basis of clear disparity between the increment given to BPS-16 & above and from BPS-1 to 15.
